It is the way one carries all this beauty. It comes from within. It is evident from sparking and twinkling eyes. It is a combination of translucent skin, a knowing smile, up right neck, healthy hair, strong nails, and a correct posture. Sometimes we neglect the inner side and we tend to depend only on outer help from beauty parlours and designers which means 50% success. Today we are going to start from your skin. Your skin is one of the miracles of nature.
If you want your skin to look attractive and healthy; there are several rules you must follow. The most important is cleansing with natural and reviving substances.

Since constant washing removes most of the natural oils and moisture and even the protective acid covering. You must consciously replace these oils, moisture and acids.

Other factors are diet, sleep, exercise and elimination. Various factors which influence your looks are tension, overwork, polluted air and overheated environment.
Let’s try and find nutritional aids, cleansing methods, herbal and food solutions to skin problems.

DIET: Your diet should be high in proteins, which can be found in Lean meat, fish, poultry as well as in nuts, beans, milk and eggs. Raw vegetables and fruit of all kinds are essential.

Several glasses of water each day are essential to flush the system clear of toxins.

SLEEP: You should get enough sleep each night to wake up feeling completely rested.


  

EXERCISE: Set up a routine of body and facial exercises, you need such movements to increase circulation and provide your system with additional oxygen.

Few Facial Exercises:
- Open your eyes wide and stare to the count of six.
- Contract your nose as if you are sneezing and flair out the nostrils.
- Lift the side of your mouth to the right as if you were sneering.
- Lift the side of your mouth to the left in the same way.
- Open the mouth by keeping the upper lip taut and lower lip down.
- Purse your lips together as if to whistle.
- Open your mouth as if you were going to shout.
- Slowly blow up your cheeks and entire upper and lower mouth area and fill with air. Retain air for a count of 15 and expel with a quick ‘plop’ sound. This gentle exercise will not only help to avoid laugh line wrinkles but if done several times a day, might gradually soften existing lines.
- With your fist, iron your forehead slowly from the middle in and upward sweep to the temples.
- With the backs of your outstretched fingers massage your chin from the centre towards the ear in a medium strong patting motion.

ELIMINATION: Retained toxins can show in poor colour, circles under the eyes, or skin blemishes. A couple of figs or prunes a day can help in daily elimination for chronic constipation. Early morning hot drinks of lemon juice and water, or a table-spoon of cider vinegar and a table-spoon of honey stirred into a cup of hot or cool water works wonders.
